Equine Facilitated Learning and Coaching Level One training program is more than a training — it is a doorway into a journey where the horse reveals your authentic self. By walking this path deeply within, you gain the capacity to guide others with integrity and presence.
Held in Estonia over 10 weeks, the program is delivered in English and limited to just four participants, creating an intimate, personal, and powerful journey.
A 10-Week Transformational Journey
In collaboration with Kathy Pike, I am honored to offer the internationally recognized Coaching with Horses Level 1 Training in Estonia.
Level 1 is the first step in the Academy for Coaching with Horses certification pathway. It equips you with the essential skills to integrate horses into human development work and opens the door to deep personal transformation. About the Academy
Kathy Pike, founder of the Academy for Coaching with Horses, is a pioneer in the field of equine-facilitated learning. Internationally recognized for her Mind Body Method, Kathy has dedicated her life to bringing horses and people together for transformation, growth, and authentic connection.
Kathy Pike
Kathy has been facilitating and teaching with horses for twenty-two years. She has written four books: Life Lessons from the Heart of Horses, Horse Spirits Speak, Hope from the Heart of Horses, and Pathways to a Radiant Self. Additionally, Kathy channeled the messages for the Oracle of the Sacred Horse Card Deck and the Horse Wisdom Card Deck. Kathy brings over thirty-five combined years of experience in energy healing, life coaching, and outdoor adventure to her teachings.

Program structure
Online learning: Full access to the Level One materials library for one year — 10 weeks of videos, audios, worksheets, and resources on Kathy Pike’s Members Only platform.
- Live mentoring: Weekly group calls with me, Hele Aluste, offering guidance, reflection, and integration. Recordings of each session will be provided for later listening.
In-person experience: One immersive weekend in Central Estonia, facilitated by me together with our horses. The onsite gathering is where theory becomes experience — you will deepen your practice, embody the learning, and witness the horses’ reflections first-hand.
Who This Is For?
Level 1 is designed for individuals who feel called to:
guide others in partnership with horses,
expand their coaching, teaching, or therapeutic practice,
transform their connection with horses from activity to presence, meeting the horse as a conscious teacher and co-creator.
This course will change how you see yourself, others, and horses. It is both professional training and a personal journey of growth and alignment.
What You Will Gain
This program is not about techniques or quick fixes. It is a journey of alignment that provides tools you will carry for life:

Live mentoring: Weekly group calls with me, Hele Aluste, where I support you in integrating the material and deepening your understanding. Recordings are provided for later listening.
In-person experience: One immersive weekend in Central Estonia, guided by me and our horses. This is where theory becomes lived experience — you will embody the learning and witness the horses’ reflections first-hand.
The exact dates will be shared with participants upon enrollment. The program starts on 22 September.
